As we all know, this year has proven to be tough for the Rebels. The Empire has been deploying their Imperial troops in an attempt to nullify the Scene that WE have created. Though the Empire has had some successes, we’re here to show you that they are still far behind US. We, the Rebel Forces, have been in hiding in our Hoth outpost preparing ourselves for an all-out massive attack on the Imperial Army...

<< We’ve been honing our skills :: We’ve gained new laser weaponry ::  We’ve recruited many new Jedi ::  Needless to say we’ve grown stronger >>

Stronger than the Empire ever thought we could!
Before we tell you what we’ve planned, we need to tell you why we’ve planned it.

<< We, the Rebels, have organized this to show the Empire who is really in power.  We’re going out to destroy their army, climb on our TonTons and really make them feel the pain! This is the time for all the Rebel forces to band together as one and fight against the Imperial machine that we’ve all seen take power.  Tonight will be the night that the power is seized from the Empire and put into the hands of the many.  The hands of The Rebels!  The hands of those that are Free, Pure, Positive, Peaceful and Loving.  Tonight is the night that everything will change! >>

DB AND DARA

"BEST OF DNB" SET
Arriving in New York from London in '89, it could be argued that no one has done more for Drum & Bass in America than DB. First with his hardcore Breakbeat club NASA, (featured in the Larry Clark film Kids) then by launching Sm:)e Communications and releasing the first Jungle singles & compilations in the U.S, as well as signing dj Dara, thus kick starting his artist career.
In 1996 Dara & DB opened Breakbeat Science, dedicated to Drum & Bass, It quickly become not only the most respected record store & label, but also the very epicenter of the jungle community in the U.S.
DB released an artist project with partner Stakka under the name Ror-Shak, focusing & pushing the limits on the more musical side of the genre, which as a dj, is what he has become best loved for.
Dara has become one of the biggest names in U.S. Drum & Bass history, being part of the legendary Planet of the Drums Tour & every weekend continues to push the harder side of the genre.

FRANKIE BONES

Frankie Bones, thugs & harmony. The Ravest American Hero. A DJ who has the total exclusive eyewitness report on DJ culture and how it began in Europe and then the United States. Long before Das Googlemaschine brought the world into our bedrooms, Frankie Bones set out to harness the international power of electronic music.
He got his first inspiration from his father's vast record collection. Later on, after he had begun producing records, he was offered a gig to play for 5,000 people in England called "Energy" on the strength of his compositions. As the event started on August 26, 1989, the projected attendance had gone through the roof and Frankie played to 25,000 people while the sun came up.
Being profoundly moved by the experience, he brought it back to Brooklyn in the form of his series of Storm Raves. The Storm Raves events began with only a few hundred people in attendance growing to over 5,000 where the likes of Josh Wink, Doc Martin, Sven Vath, DJ Keoki and Richie Hawtin were able to launch their performances into international careers. The Berlin Love Parade, which is generally considered to be the largest rave in the world, named its 1991 and 1992 Parades after well-known compositions by Frankie Bones – "The Future is Ours" in 1991 and "My House is Your House (And Your House is Mine)" in 1992.

ANTHONY NERO

From humble beginnings as a 15 year old spinning for college frat houses in New Jersey to performing his own brand of electrifying, spine tingling productions and remixes, Anthony Nero has rocketed to the top of the DJ world. After 14 years behind the decks he continues to create dance floor history, whether performing on Fox 5 Morning Show or for packed crowds of 5,000 or more all over the USA and around the world as a headlining DJ/Producer and Promoter. Anthony has been voted multiple times by “Time Out” magazine as one of New York’s Top 5 DJs and he won the New York DMC World Award as the “youngest DJ” to do house mixes. Anthony's favorite gigs are residencies where he packs the room with wall to wall partiers going nuts from the raw energy of his music and mixes that pushes them over the top– hour after hour. “The more I move the crowd the more they move me. It's a life giving experience– it's what DJing is all about.”
